An ambulance was called to Beyonce's trailer on the New Jersey set of her upcoming film "Cadillac Records"(Bio Pic about Etta James), to her mother Tina. Beyonce's father Matthew told sources, that she had shortness of breath and her blood pressure was a little high, but she was checked out by the paramedics and treated without having to be taken to the hospital.
