Which means Jermaine has to pay off a $100,000 debt and in return, Alejandra waives all spousal support. the $100,000 is to be split to pay her attorney's fees and the other 50 grand is for Jermaine to become current on child support. Alejandra will have physical custody of the kids and he gets visitation. Jermaine gets to keep his company-- Jermaine Jackson Entertainment, Inc., and he also gets to keep his jewelry.
