Disney will release "The Princess and the Frog", later this year. This musical will be set in New Orleans and it will star Disney's first African- American princess,by the name of Tiana. Tiana, whose is a young girl living amid all the elegance and grandeur of the French Quarters, will encounter an unforgettable tale of love, soulful singing crocodile, voodoo spells and Cajun charm.Mattel, is licensed to create the Princess Tiana doll. They will also release their own line of black dolls in September. The dolls are said to have a more authentic appearance, from their hair to their varying skin tones.
