Finding Positivity In Gratitude



We all have those days when we feel as though we have had enough. Whether it be on the job, at home, with family, etc., we all have our moments when it seems to be too much and we need a way out immediately! Believe it or not, there is a way to quickly change any overwhelming situation. It involves only two steps: First, JUST BREATHE. Second, find one thing to be grateful for. Repeat step one, then find one more thing to be grateful for. Before you know know it, you have redirected your attention in a more positive direction and changed your focus for the better. You see, every person has the power to change their outlook on whatever challenge that they may be going through. By reminding yourself of something positive that is in your life, you have just cast down a negative thought. In doing so you will find that your positive thought will be a positive action. While we may not be able to immediately change a person, we can change our mindset of how we view an idividual or situation. In realizing this, you have just taken power over the situation instead of it taking power over you. You won!
