Alvin Ailey Dancer Had to Dance in Airport to Prove His Identity

Abdur-Rahim Jackson, who is an eight-year veteran of the Alvin Ailey dance ensemble, said Israel's airport security singled him out because of his Muslim name. As the dance troupe went through the airport for a performance they had in Israeli. Security officers took him into another and made him dance to prove his identity before he was permitted to enter the country.

This isn't the first time it has happened to Jackson, who says that he has had the same experience in the past at a U.S. airport. Arriving home from a vacation in the Dominican Republic. Get this one of the officers even suggested he change his name!!
Wow... That's low
