Bishop T.D. Jakes NEw Daytime TV Show
According to Variety, Bishop T.D. Jakes will debut his new daytime television show in fall 2009. Bishop Jakes has signed a deal with the Tribune Broadcasting and CBS Television Distribution. The show will be produced by Jay McGraw, who is also the executive producer of CBS daytime show "The Doctors." The show will be shown on all of Tribune's 19 markets, including major markets New York, Los Angeles and Chicago. Though Variety reports that CBS TV Distribution has yet formally given the show the greenlight for next year, the Tribune deal goes a long way toward pushing the show.
