Jay-Z Has Signed Brandy and Will also Manage Her????

Rumor is according to RAPRADAR, Brandy is now signed to Jay's Roc Nation label. The website also says that Jay and his partner John Meneilly are gonna assume management duties together. Sounds like a good look to me but we shall see.
