NYPD's Internal Affairs Bureau have began to investigate a prank call to Sean Bell fiancees Family home. apparently the prank caller thought that it was cool to call the families home around 1:15pm to say "Ha, Ha, Ha". Investigators say that the call originated from the Manhattan offices of Sergeants Benevolent Association, a prominent police union.
Nicole Bell's father Les Paultre. "It was just horrible to get that phone call after coming back from the cemetery," said Nicole Bell's father, "The guy was taunting us, laughing. It was horrible because we had just come back from the court and the cemetery."
The president of the union says, "If the accusations are true, we will deal with it."
