OK, GIVE HIM THE FINE BUT IS THE JAIL TIME REALLY NECESSARY. T.I. WAS ON TAPE BUYING WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION AND GOT PROBATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICE. PARIS HILTON WAS BLATANTLY DRIVING WITH A SUSPENDED LICENSE AND HAD A COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM AND GOT LOCKED UP FOR LESS THAN 30 DAYS. WHY DOES SNIPES (WHO I DON'T EVEN PARTICULARLY LIKE) HAVE TO GET THE BOOK THROWN AT HIM? MAKE HIM PAY THE BACK TAXES AND ASSOCIATED FINES. THEY'VE ALREADY PUBLICLY PUNISHED HIM. JEEZ.
