Justin Gatlin Banned by judge, despite being wronged by USOC

A federal judge told track star Justin Gatlin that he would not be Participating in the United States' Olympic Games. Apparently the trials which takes place this weekend in Eugene, Ore is out of his "exclusive jurisdiction." Gatlin who was suspended four years ago after positively testing for the male sex hormone testosterone in 2006 as welll as violating his second offense because of also testing positive in 2001 for amphetamines that was part of a medication to treat Attention Deficit Disorder. Gatlin had been wronged however, the court says they have no power to right the wrong.
