Jay-Z will replace the Beastie Boys at this years All Points West Music & Arts Festival in Liberty State Park, New Jersey after the rap trio was forced to pull out of the event. Due to cancelling of all of their summer dates after Adam Yauch, aka MCA, was diagnosed with cancer. Jay will headline along side Tool and Coldplay.
