John William Lomax III, 21, was arrested Tuesday morning and charged with murder of 20-year-old University of Connecticut football player Jasper "Jazz" Howard, who was stabbed to death outside of a school-sanctioned dance. While Lomax is being charged with the murder, Hakim Muhammad, 20, will also be charged with conspiracy to commit assault and Jamal Todd, 21, will be charged with pulling the fire alarm that was fired on the dance floor as well as triggering the fight.
