So ya'll know i've done post on Janelle Monae in the past! I so adore her music, personality and her integrity! However ive done those post not really realizing that some of the world may not know of her. (I dont see how they couldn't) Janelle Monae is a Musician (the word singer alone cant describe her talent) from Kansas. I first got a ear full of Janelle my freshman year in college at Clark Atlanta University (shoutout). She did a lot of performances around campus, etc. Well Janelle is now a world wide phenom and any and everybody who loves music, loves her. Her voice reminds me of Ella Fitzgerald. Her humility, lyrical content & her ability to stay true to who she is, is speechless! SHE IS CLEARLY AHEAD OF HER TIME! Her new album titled The ArchAndroid will hit store MAY 18th!
