Artist Spotlight: Justice

One of my favorite groups has become Justice.Most of you guys know Justice from their huge hit D.A.N.C.E. However Justice is a French electronic music gorup with members; Gaspard Augé and Xavier de Rosnay. Thier known for incorporating a strong rock and indie influence into their music and image.Their debut album † was nominated for a Grammy Award for "Best Electronic/Dance Album" Their remix of the MGMT song "Electric Feel" won the Grammy Award for Best Remixed Recording, Non-Classical in 2009. Justice plans to release a new album in 2010.

Gina Torres Joins Cast of Gossip Girl

Gina Torres will be all over the small screen this fall. Apparently she will join the CW's "Gossip Girl" as the mother of Vanessa. Torres, who has appeared on "Alias" and "Dirty Sexy Money." Torres Will step into the role of Gabriela Abrams for a scheduled two episodes, but she will recur on the series when it returns on Sept. 14, reports TV Guide.

How did you become a writer? In 2010 I was asking and praying to God for him to show my calling in life. My co-worker suggested I read a book called “purpose driven life.” I enjoyed the book. But I still had more questions and I still didn’t know my purpose. So I continued to pray. Well Oct 2011 I was laid off from my job. I said ok, God I know you don’t close one door without opening another one. So he simply said “write.” I said write what!? I’m not a writer. He said a stage play. I had no formal training, no classes. I hadn’t even been in a play. But I tell you this. He gave me every tool and resource I needed to write and the rest is history.
