“We considered that Beyonce’s body movements and the camera’s prolonged focus on shots of her dress slipping away to partially expose her breasts created a sexually provocative ad that was unsuitable to be seen by young children. Although we noted the ad was sexually suggestive and might therefore be distasteful to some, we considered that, in the context of marketing for perfume, the ad was unlikely to cause serious or widespread offense to most viewers,” read a statement from the ASA.
I can defintely understand their point because i was a like nervous of what could pop out! LOL However at the same time, I would think most people would be used to Beyonce and her huge promotion of anything sexually driven. Not to mention the crap that's shown on TV. For a minute i wasn't sure if they were selling perfume or Beyonce. One thing i'm not is desensitized and i would turn the channel if my child was in the room. Besides the sh*t stinks it needs something to get sells roaring! She knows what she doing...
