MUSIC VIDEO:Keke Palmer 'The One You CAll'

…This song was leaked, not much I could do about it, I decided to take charge by doing my own video, any money spent I paid for it myself , in fact I called all my friends and asked them to do it for free and they did, like the video or not it is my vision for the song, and what I truly hope that young artists get from MY video: STOP WAITING FOR ANYONE TO CREATE YOU, HAVE YOUR OWN VISION…. Style Hit of the Week: Demi Moore

No comments:
Not only is Demi Moore one of my favorite 'celebs' but she's also someone who i wait to see on the red carpet! I love her sense of ease and class when she picks out and outfit. She puts a lot of mothers to shame Fashion wise. She's never over dressed and always appropriately dressed and she stuns. I notice also that like most girls Demi has her favorites accessories that she wears out a lot. Like the black clutch she's carrying in several of the pictures posted.

Though Demi is a more petite woman, no matter what she wears she presents it with such confidence that you'd hardly realize how petite she is, unless you attempted to hug her. Demi is a very simple, down-to-earth, girl next door woman and it shows in her fashion. She presents elegance, sex appeal, class and clean cut in a way that sometimes can read as unapproachable. But im quite sure that she is approachable as far as personality. Which is also noticeable in her fashion sense. She's girlie, playful, sexy, young hearted and witty. Her sense of fashion is very intriguing and cute. I love it, i love her and she is this weeks Style Hit of the Week!

'Teen Mom' Amber Portwood's Baby is Now a Ward of State

No comments:
I cant say i didnt see this coming but According to RadarOnline.com, Portwood and ex-fiance Gary Shirley appeared in an Anderson, Indiana, courtroom Tuesday afternoon for an emergency child placement hearing concerning their 2-year-old daughter.

A source says, "Leah is a ward of the state," meaning the Department of Child Services will assess Leah's living situation (she is currently staying with Shirley).

Portwood has been in a lot of trouble lately. Images of her drinking underage recently surfaced online and she is being investigated for domestic violence for allegedly assaulting Shirley.

Portwood, who has a new boyfriend, cage fighter Clinton Yunkers, reportedly left Leah with Gary recently, believing her daughter would be better off with him for the time being.

If found guilty of the domestic violence charges, she could face up to three years in jail and fines of up to $10,000.

Kanye West 's Tuesday night speech at the Bowery

No comments:
Kanye from what i heard put on an amazing intimate show Tuesday night at the Bowery. The venue was filled to capacity with the likes of industry movers and shakers such as Diddy, Spike Lee, Quest Love, Selita Ebanks, Lyor Cohen and more. However Kanye's rant has taken center stage YET AGAIN:
To come back and do 100k the first day, digital alone, to be slated to do 600k first week, I don’t talk about the numbers but what that number says is that the people want me to keep making music…but I ain’t here to do no mf-in politics, Im’ here to make music. I’m not here to talk in no interviews, nobody asking me no stupid ass questions. We had such a great win. Matt Lauer is a not a bad guy, I’m sure….But if you’re a child that’s being abused by your parent, or you’re a girl that’s being abused by your man, the greatest win you can ever have, is for that person to hit you in public! You see?! You see, I told you!!….

there was no way for me to justify the way people judged me. When you do things like what happened last year its disrespectful to everyone who’s creative! It’s a smack in the face of everyone who tries to do something real. If I wasnt drunk I woulda been on stage longer!! Like, am I the only one who’s not crazy here?!!! Are you fucking kidding me?? And then they run with it. And don’t call me and tell me what I should do. I’m my own man!! Sometimes you scream on a n—a…my bad.”

Everyone wants to villainize people, even if you take the concept of George Bush. There’s no leader in history that has been villainized in that way, and didn’t get killed at war or commit suicide. So anyone that lives thru it deserves one moment of redemption. (light boos) None are without flaw. The shit that people write on blogs is a reflection of what they feel about themselves….that they want to project through the people who are on TV! And now we are a mere surfaces of the energy that they are projecting on us!….”

Everyone needs a villain, don’t we? We need to blame someone. And for me to be considered a racist for stating a blatant truth, an obvious truth….but the nuances of my words because I am very particular with my words, and the emotion that I felt at that time wasn’t worded exactly right. But everybody came and said, ‘oh my god!’ I’m talking about 5 years ago, I’m not talking about a year ago. I’m talking about Katrina. And everybody said ‘oh my god, Kanye, I love you so much. I hated you until you said that. Now you’re speaking for me. I always thought you were an asshole but now you said something that represents me.’ And the whole time I’m thinking, that’s not exactly what I wanted to say. I was emotional. That’s not exactly how I wanted to word it. But I rode it, I rode it, just as Taylor [Swift] never came to my defense in any interview, and rode the wave and rode it, and rode it. That’s the way I rode the wave of the Bush comment. It’s not about popular opinion, it’s about when you look in your heart and know what’s right and what’s wrong…

When you look in your heart, look at what the media did. Look at how they exploited [Bush]. They said that he said, it was his lowest moment. And America, we took that as a fact. When you look at that interview, he said it was one of his lowest moments. And he said it about 10 different things. But because of the popularity of me, they exploited that…to make you watch the interview, and make you feel that he was stupider than ever to think that a rapper comment could be his lowest moment. That’s not what he f–king said! That’s not what he said! He said it’s one of his lowest moments. But it shows you the way they try to villain-ize! Everything would have been okay, if they didn’t play the audio that day….none the wiser, none the wiser! They played the audio, they fucked up in front of everybody. They fucked up big time. If you a real artist, have no fear! Say what you want, do what you want, make what you want. If its meant to be, the people will stand up, like they stood up for me, 600-thousand, after being the most hated person this time last year!…. (source)

Kanye West Interviews Rihanna For "INTERVIEW" Magazine & She shoots Some FAB Pictures

No comments:

Kanye: So what inspired you to have that pink tank on your last tour? That was amazing, when you were sitting on top of the army tank.
Rihanna: I love to combine femininity with a kind of extreme masculine egde, and I felt like the tank is just not a typical thing that you think of when you think of a girl — or in any kind of relation to a girl. Then we made it hot pink. We just added that touch.
Kanye: I mean, people really need to see a photograph — the entire tank was pink. That was a great piece of commercial pop art. Was the idea of that to kind of portray an American Dream — like the fantasy of a this hot black girl sitting on a top of a pink tank?
Rihanna: I never actually thought of it like that.
Kanye: How does it feel to know that you could have any man in the world. Or woman. How does it feel to know that you can turn straight women gay?
Rihanna: Is that a real question?
Kanye: Yeah.
Rihanna: Well … Thank you. I don’t know how to feel about that. I guess that’s flattering.
Kanye: But just to have that level of power. How do deal with it? No one woman should have that much power.

Kanye: How did you get signed?
Rihanna: Well, I met Evan [Rogers] and Carl [Sturken], these two producers who live here in New York. They are both married to Barbadian women, so they go there to vacation all the time. My friend introduced me to them, and I sang for them, and we talked, and they had me and my mom come back a couple of days later. After that, we started traveling to New York, working on a demo. Within a year, it was done, and we sent it out. Def Jam was the first label to call back. We got other calls, but they were the most enthusiastic. It was so nerve-wracking, though, the whole experience.
Kanye: Why?
Rihanna: I mean, I was 16. From Barbados. Like, you would never … the chances of ever meeting somebody famous or ever being signed — that was just a deadly combination. Like, I had to meet Jay-Z and audition for him at the same time.
Kanye: Do you know any famous people now?
Rihanna: Huh?

Kanye what in the heck were you talking about? LOL

KANYE WEST COVERS COMPLEX & NEW MUSIC: JAY-Z & KANYE WEST FEAT. LAROUX – “THAT’S MY BITCH”

No comments:
On how Kanye works with others:
“Kanye’s process is communal—he literally goes around the room asking everyone there what ‘power’ means to them, throws out lines to see how they’re received, and works out his exact wording with whomever is around to help. But his output is most definitely entirely his own—one listen to that consistently unique cadence, word choice, and sense of humor reveals that. Rappers, producers, and entourage are all welcome to offer ideas or phrases, but the funny thing is, nearly every suggestion is met with, ‘That’s really not at all a word I would ever say, but don’t stop offering ideas, thanks!’”

On Kanye’s sense of humor in the studio:
“What does elicit a visceral reaction—hard, heavy laughter—is the wall of Kanye Commandments posted on 8.5″x 11″ sheets of paper on one side of the studio. They include the obvious—’No Tweeting’ and ‘No Pictures’—and some…well, some less obvious ones, too. Not that ‘No Hipster Hats’ and ‘Just Shut the Fuck Up Sometimes’ aren’t rules to live by.”

On Kanye’s sleeping habits:
“During my five days in Hawaii, Kanye never slept at his house, or even in a bed. He would, er, power-nap in a studio chair or couch here and there in 90-minute intervals, working through the night. Engineers remained behind the boards 24 hours a day." (source)

Rihanna rewrites history with Most No. 1s in 18-yr History & Says why she & Drake didnt work out!

No comments:
Congrats to Rihanna because according to Billboard she has the most No. 1s in the 18-year history of Billboard's Pop Songs radio airplay chart, as "Only Girl (In the World)" rises 2-1. The song is Rihanna's seventh Pop Songs leader, pushing the singer past Beyonce, Mariah Carey and Lady Gaga, each with six.

Rihanna also recently spoke to MTV about why she and Drake didn't work out,

She told MTV News: "I definitely was attracted to Drake, but I think it is what it is - it was what it was . We didn't want to take it any further." ..."It was at a really fragile time in my life, so I just didn't want to get too serious with anything or anyone at that time." (source)

Beyonce's Banned 'HEAT' Commercial

No comments:

“We considered that Beyonce’s body movements and the camera’s prolonged focus on shots of her dress slipping away to partially expose her breasts created a sexually provocative ad that was unsuitable to be seen by young children. Although we noted the ad was sexually suggestive and might therefore be distasteful to some, we considered that, in the context of marketing for perfume, the ad was unlikely to cause serious or widespread offense to most viewers,” read a statement from the ASA.

I can defintely understand their point because i was a like nervous of what could pop out! LOL However at the same time, I would think most people would be used to Beyonce and her huge promotion of anything sexually driven. Not to mention the crap that's shown on TV. For a minute i wasn't sure if they were selling perfume or Beyonce. One thing i'm not is desensitized and i would turn the channel if my child was in the room. Besides the sh*t stinks it needs something to get sells roaring! She knows what she doing...

W Magazine says Willow Smith is "Hollywood's It-kid"

No comments:
"......Willow is more articulate than many adults; what’s more amazing is that she comes off as a normal kid who’s just following her interests. “I can’t do whatever I want,” she explains. “Mommy has to say it’s okay.” Although she is “focusing on music right now,” it seems a given that Willow will eventually end up on the big screen; her brother Jaden became a celebrity in his own right after taking the lead role in the recent Karate Kid remake. “Mommy and Daddy inspired me to be a performer,” Willow says. “I get my flow from Daddy, my singing ability from Mommy, and the camera stuff from both. That’s just what happens when you hang out with the Smiths!" (source)
